Reiki is a hands on energy healing modality that channels Universal Divine Energy via your hands.

Originating in Japan with founder Mikau Usui, it has 3 main levels that you can become attuned to.

Each level is an initiation into being able to hold more Reiki, as well as learning new techniques and symbols.

Reiki is known as a complimentary alternative treatment to mainstream medicine.

At its foundation it has the ability to relax you deeply enough to allow the body to go into its natural healing state whilst Reiki starts to shift anything that is ready to be released on an energetic level, resulting in shifts in the material world.

At a deeper level Reiki is capable of healing such things as beliefs that no longer serve you, negative past experiences, repetitive karmic patterns / lessons, the energetic imprint of physical disease, bad habits.

It is also possible to send Reiki to future events, such as a job interview or a meeting with someone or a group of people where you feel nervous to bring peace and alignment. You can also send distant Reiki to clients or friends, this is learnt in Reiki Level 2.

You can also access the Akashic Records through your Reiki practice both with a symbol learned in Level 2 paired with your intention and invocation. This is a technique that I have developed that I teach in a seperate class, it is not a part of the original Reiki teachings.

By channeling Reiki you naturally begin to clear out old energies that are no longer in alignment for you, thus raising your vibration. It is a powerful ally to any spiritual or meditative practice. This is something that is taught at level 3 Reiki training.

Reiki also helps intuition development. Channeling Reiki through you means that you are bringing in Universal Consciousness and information into your awareness.

It opens you up to the etheric realm where your guides exist. Working in another persons energy field you will begin to notice information coming through about the person and what you are focusing Reiki on. This is explored in more detail in Level 2.

Because of the influx of energy that level 3a and 3 bring, your life can change in radical ways.

It is not a training to be taken lightly, you are being initiated into higher levels of self awareness, growth and responsibility.

It can take up to 12 months for the energy to settle and for you to adjust to your new inner alignment.

The healing attunement prepares you to receive the higher levels of energy and the amount of energy. It begins to shift and highlight any old areas that you are ready to let go of.

Level 3a and 3 are taught over a three day long weekend. The healing attunement is required 2 – 4 weeks before beginning the three day session.

Reiki Share

This is a monthly opportunity to practice and strengthen the flow of your Reiki!

We start with a Reiki meditation, questions, discussion on topics, followed by group Reiki session for everyone who comes along, as well as tea, coffee and snacks.

How group Reiki works:

Say we have 10 people we might have 2 tables and 4 people working on each person for 20 minutes each. Rotating around so everyone gets some supercharged Reiki!
